Drive go-to-market strategy and demand generation for the full IGTD portfolio across international markets, with a focus on Region North (UK & Nordics).
Your role:
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the IGTD portfolio, acting as the key marketing lead for Region North.
- Drive demand generation and adoption of the One IGT proposition, with a strong focus on vessel preparation solutions.
- Define and execute go-to-market plans aligned with global strategy, adapting them to local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Lead product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio positioning to maximise market impact.
- Develop pricing, value propositions, and data-driven marketing plans based on market and competitor insights.
- Deliver integrated omni-channel campaigns (digital, events, field) to increase engagement and utilisation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and clinical stakeholders, and engage KOLs and customers to build strong market presence.
You're the right fit if:
- 3–5 years in downstream marketing, preferably in MedTech or Healthcare.
- Experience managing broad product/solution portfolios and leading market-specific initiatives.
- Strong go-to-market execution and ability to translate global strategies into local impact.
- Solid analytical skills (market insights, pricing, competitive analysis).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- Knowledge of image-guided therapy or interventional cardiology is a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel (~30%).
