We are seeking an Office Administrator Specialist (Attendance) to join our team at Jubilee High School, part of Bourne Education Trust. As an Office Administrator Specialist (Attendance), you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and clerical support within the school, alongside delivering excellent and proactive front-line customer service to families and visitors. The Office Administrator Specialist will take on specific duties and responsibilities which may include Attendance, Admissions, Inclusion or other appropriate specialist roles. These roles should be considered to be flexible and areas of specialism may be expected to change according to operational need.

  • Location: Addlestone, Surrey
  • Contract: Part-time, permanent, 38 weeks per year (Term-time plus 1 week); 36 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am - 4pm)
  • Salary: Support Staff Surrey PS5 (£28,545 to £30,580 FTE) Actual £23,928 to £25,634
  • Ideal start date: September 2026
  • Responsible to: Office Manager, School Business Leader and ultimately Headteacher

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide effective specialist support in your designated area
  • Provide effective administrative support to the School Business Manager and office team
  • Undertake general admin duties as required for the efficient function of the office team

Requirements include:

  • An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
