We are seeking anExam Invigilator to join our team at Twickenham School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will provide invigilation support for the examination process and support the Examination Officer with the day to day set up and invigilation of exams.

Twickenham School is a high-performing mixed secondary school for students aged 11-16 in Twickenham, south west London. Position: Exam Invigilator

Start Date: ASAP

Salary:Β£12.71 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with setting up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers in accordance with strict procedures
  • Assisting candidates prior to the start of examinations by directing them to their seats and advising them about possessions permitted in examination venues
  • Offering advice and guidance to unregistered candidates without allocated seats

Requirements include:

  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of pupils
  • Educated to GCSE Standard including Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven track record of continuous professional development
