About You:

  • A proven track record of successful school improvement across multiple schools, phases or contexts.
  • Significant experience of senior educational leadership.
  • A deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and inclusion.
  • Strong strategic leadership and influencing skills.
  • A commitment to equity, safeguarding and improving life chances for all children.
  • The ability to inspire confidence and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree and postgraduate qualification.
  • NPQEL or equivalent leadership qualification.
  • Evidence of recent and relevant professional development.
