- Location: Addlestone, Surrey
- Contract: Part‑time, permanent, 37 weeks per year (Term‑time); 36 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm)
- Salary: PS6 (£30,647 to £32,867 FTE) Actual £25,013.36 to £26,825.27

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide effective specialist support in your designated area
- Provide first‑response support for behaviour and conduct concerns across the school
- Support Heads of Year with investigating and following up behaviour incidents
- Lead restorative conversations and small‑group sessions to help students improve self‑regulation, relationships and emotional control
Requirements include:
- An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check
