- As a
Manager AI Consumer Segmentation , you will own the regional segmentation strategy and ensure alignment between global AI capabilities and market needs.
You will drive the adoption of NBAI and AI-powered segmentation solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, impactful use cases across markets and regions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define regional segmentation frameworks aligned with regional and global business priorities.
- Identify market needs and customize global models to support local business requirements.
- Package AI capabilities for scalability and collaborate with the Manager AI Innovation on future roadmap development.
- Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for regions and markets regarding AI segmentation initiatives.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure integration of segmentation solutions into commercial strategies.
- Create regional and market roadmaps for AI segmentation implementation.
- Translate market and regional needs into AI use cases and activation roadmaps.
- Ensure AI models are implementable, relevant, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic importance.
- Drive adoption of AI segmentation solutions at a global level.
- Design and monitor KPIs, including acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Support business value realization through effective deployment and usage of AI capabilities.
- Coach markets and regions on AI usage and AI adoption segments.
- Consult and mentor markets on local adaptations based on technology stack and global guidance.
- Support training, knowledge transfer activities, and collaborate with capability-building teams on AI programs.
- Who we're looking for
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics, data science, strategy, or related fields.
- Extensive experience working with commercial and/or CX teams.
- Strong understanding of segmentation frameworks.
- Understanding of databases and data modelling, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, My SQL, and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Data science and statistical knowledge combined with a strong business and operational mindset.
- Experience working with AI/ML deployment environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
