We’re seeking an AI Solution Architect to design and govern end-to-end AI architectures that align with AI Factory standards for quality, security, and enterprise compliance. In this role, you will define scalable and maintainable design patterns, provide reference architectures and reusable components, and ensure technical coherence across all AI Factory solutions by guiding and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Key Accountabilities:- Solution architecture for the reusable components and reusable AI Factory technical components.
- Design scalable, maintainable, secure AI architectures aligned with AI Factory quality, InfoSec, and RAI requirements.
- Ensure architectural coherence across capabilities by driving modularity (AI Factory reusability), reuse, and enforceable architectural patterns.
- Provide reference architectures, integration patterns, and reusable design blueprints to guide engineering teams.
- Promote adoption of AI Factory reusable components and ensure all solutions follow coherent design standards.
- Participate in design reviews, identifying technical, security, or scalability risks early and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Review and assess solution architectures of AI solutions from IT Platforms.
- Partner with the QA Lead to continuously strengthen architectural guardrails and systemic quality controls.
- Work closely with the Enterprise AI (EAI) organization to co-design best-in-class AI solution patterns and ensure PMI’s AI delivery engine remains high-performing.
- Bring cross-functional insight into AI Factory designs to accelerate alignment, governance consistency, and enterprise-wide architectural convergence.
We’re looking for someone with:
AI Solution Architecture:- Extensive experience designing scalable end-to-end architectures for GenAI, ensuring technical coherence across multiple engineering domains.
- Skilled at embedding secure-by-design, privacy-by-design, and architectural compliance controls into solution designs.
- Strong ability to partner with engineering, QA, InfoSec, and enterprise architecture teams to align solutions with organizational standards.
- Experienced in identifying architectural and security risks early, performing structured reviews, and recommending actionable mitigations.
- Adept at creating reference designs, integration blueprints, and reusable patterns that drive consistency and maintainability across platforms.
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Preferred: training/certification in Cloud Architecture, Security Architecture, or AI/ML technologies.
