About The Role
The Senior Manager Creative Operations leads the coordination and delivery of creative content across Creative Services, leads the Design & Motion team, working closely with the Director of Creative Services to ensure PMI’s creative output is clear, consistent, well-planned and delivered to a high standard.
This role connects creative craft with production discipline.
It brings together the right creative teams, production specialists, project managers, stakeholder managers and cross-functional partners to ensure that content is set up properly, produced efficiently and delivered with quality.
The role requires a strong creative background, ideally in design, content production or studio environments, combined with good organisational capability, confident people management and a practical understanding of how creative work gets made.
Creative Services is positioned as the creative and narrative engine of C&OM, translating strategy, brand direction and priority narratives into compelling stories, visuals and written assets.
This role helps bring that ambition to life by ensuring the creative production engine works with pace, clarity and quality.
- Your Day To Day
- Lead and support the Design & Motion team, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee production planning across multiple creative workstreams, ensuring priorities, timelines and resources are aligned.
- Partner closely with the Director of Creative Services, project managers and stakeholder managers to translate priorities into effective delivery plans.
- Ensure briefs, milestones, approvals and dependencies are clearly defined and managed throughout the production process.
- Provide creative leadership and guidance, championing high-quality, on-brand design and motion outputs.
- Drive consistency, quality control and best practice across creative deliverables, including design, motion and multimedia content.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and external partners to support seamless project execution.
- Continuously improve workflows, briefing processes, templates and ways of working to enhance efficiency and reduce friction.
- Support the adoption of new tools, AI-enabled solutions and production innovations that improve quality, speed and consistency.
- Use insights, stakeholder feedback and delivery performance data to strengthen processes and elevate future creative output.
Who We Are Looking For
- Significant experience in creative production, studio management, creative operations or a similar creative leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, motion, video and content production.
- Excellent project planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong creative judgement, with a focus on quality, brand consistency and attention to detail.
- Experience improving processes, workflows and ways of working to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- A collaborative and supportive leadership style, with the ability to balance creative excellence with operational delivery.
