The Information Security team drives secure technology across these initiatives, empowering self–organized teams and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and evolve modern architectural roadmaps for the secure use of AI and the reimagination of infosec processes and operating models using AI and Agentic Architectures.
  • Oversee and support execution of the roadmaps in close collaboration with other business and technology teams, and provide status updates on a regular basis to senior management and the wider Information Security organization.
  • Formalize relevant AI security principles and requirements into standards, procedures and guidelines, and liaise with the wider Architecture community to ensure that those principles and requirements are effectively embedded in day‑to‑day operations.
  • Coordinate the research, evaluation and implementation of new or updated security technology solutions that embed Artificial Intelligence or are aimed at reducing cyber risk posed by Artificial Intelligence.
  • Provide Artificial Intelligence security guidance and subject matter expertise to business and technology teams in areas such as information security assessments, threat analysis and treatment, security best practices, and secure use of technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a security architect within a large organization.
  • Proven track record in the secure design, implementation and support of AI, LLMs, and Agentic Systems.
  • Proven experience building and deploying operational security guidance, standards, and policies to ensure the safe and secure usage of AI.
  • Understanding of design and architecture principles, security controls, risk management and the relevant legal and regulatory requirements for Artificial Intelligence systems.
  • A deep understanding of key security domains, including GRC, App Sec, Identity, Data, Cloud, ideally coming from an engineering background.
  • Experience developing and maintaining threat models and risk analyses related to AI systems, and using them to inform business decision making.
  • Experience leading or participating in relevant architectural review boards and risk committees, and acting as the SME for AI Security.
  • Experience of developing, implementing and maintaining technical patterns in complex stakeholder‑driven environments, aligned with business risk.
  • Familiar with standards such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF and regulation such as EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
  • Team player with ability to build proactive, co‑operative working relationships with peers, stakeholders, senior management, and vendors based on respect and teamwork.
  • Highly collaborative, with ability to build relationships with colleagues from different cultures throughout the organization.
