Philip Morris is looking for Territory Activation Executives to join our dynamic Field Force team. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial success across your territory by building strong relationships with retailers, executing strategic plans, and identifying growth opportunities through data and insights. You will be required to have a valid driving licence and the right to work in the UK. This is a fully field‑based position, requiring presence in your territory five days a week.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the face of PMI and our innovative and market‑leading smoke‑free products in your territory.
  • Drive sales performance and secure more space for our brands and products across your defined independent retail customer.
  • Negotiate contracts that drive retailer engagement and elevate brand visibility.
  • Work to clear targets/KPIs; the achievement of those will have a positive impact on our business and our journey to a smoke‑free future.
  • Through great relationship building, educate your customers on our brands and new product opportunities.
  • Work closely with your customers to add value to their business, making PMI their supply partner of choice.
