The Manager Digital Deployment is responsible for managing all DCX deployment activities within the assigned markets. This role is crucial in ensuring that deployment projects are executed efficiently and effectively, leading to successful market engagement and onboarding. The purpose of this role is to oversee the deployment process, manage change initiatives, and ensure that digital capabilities are integrated seamlessly into the business operations.
You will:
- Manage all DCX deployment activities for the markets in scope, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing the deployment process to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Lead market engagement and onboarding for deployment, working closely with market teams to ensure they are prepared and equipped for the deployment, providing necessary training and support.
- Oversee project management for all assigned markets, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead change management initiatives for the markets, focusing on both business and digital capabilities, developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
- Partner with local market Deployment Leads to ensure alignment and coordination of deployment activities, including regular communication and collaboration to address any issues or challenges.
- Manage the deployment plans and documentation, creating, updating, and maintaining detailed plans and documentation to support the deployment process.
- Support escalation, resource needs from OC, and governance items, identifying and addressing any resource gaps, managing escalations, and ensuring governance processes are followed.
- Provide status reporting and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, involving regular reporting to project management teams, market management teams, and program boards, as well as identifying and mitigating risks.
Weβre looking for someone with:
- Excellent Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders (OC/region/market).
- Experience with SFP Commercial Channels/Functions: Relevant experience in commercial channels/functions, deploying commercial programs, both successful and challenging.
- Exposure to global deployments and cross-functional remote teams.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
