For our team in Lausanne (Switzerland) or London (UK), we are looking for a Manager Care Deployment. The Manager Care Deployment is a key role responsible for acting as the subject matter expert for "Care" products, bridging the gap between markets, configuration teams, and product teams. This role is essential in ensuring that deployment projects within the Care domain are executed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for "Care" products, providing detailed knowledge on related processes, systems, and features to ensure successful deployments.
  • Support market and OC teams in the rollout of digital activations, product launches, brochure websites, greenfield deployments, feature activations, and systems migrations.
  • Lead scoping activities for deployment projects within the Care domain, facilitating business decisions during implementation.
  • Own the design of market business needs within the context of deployment projects and ensure accurate handover to product teams.
  • Ensure smooth, high-quality, low-cost, and timely deployment activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and address challenges during the deployment process.
  • Provide regular status reporting and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Expert Level Knowledge on Care: Deep understanding of Care-related processes, systems, and features.
  • Excellent Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in Deployment Projects: Demonstrated experience in leading deployment projects and global/cross-functional remote teams.
  • People Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Extended Experience in SFP Commercial Channels: Relevant experience in commercial channels.
