We are looking for an Office Communications and Events Lead - Global Studios, who will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging internal communications and coordinating impactful events that foster collaboration, culture, and employee engagement for our c480 employees. This role serves as the central point for office-wide messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational values and objectives.
This role will also plan and execute a variety of events—from team-building activities and cultural celebrations to leadership town halls and strategic workshops—designed to strengthen community and enhance the employee experience. In addition to managing communication channels, crafting compelling content, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective information flow across the office.
While the main accountabilities remain in Global Studio (GS), this role also manages dashboards and insights for both GS and Global Sites Internal Communication & Engagement in Switzerland and supports global communications for the Workplace Experience Center of Expertise (WX CoE), including all related content and channels.

Communications Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Initiatives GS: Lead strategic communication and engagement for Global Studio by shaping annual plans, aligning leadership, and driving key initiatives. Build belonging and pride by connecting GS impact to PMI/OC success and positioning London as a strategic hub. Champion collaboration and co‑created campaigns that unify culture and bring our purpose to life.
Business-As-Usual (BAU) Communications GS: Produce and distribute regular newsletters and updates for GS. Write and publish articles and announcements on internal platforms. Manage digital signage and other communication channels for site-wide visibility.
Global Communication for WX CoE: Support driving global communication efforts for the WX CoE, including the creation, management, and distribution of corresponding content and channels together with the Global Sites Internal Communication team in Switzerland.
Dashboard, Data & Insight Management: Manage existing dashboards, data, and insight reports for GS and Global Sites Internal Communication Switzerland. Analyze and present insights to inform decision-making and measure communication effectiveness.
Events Responsibilities
Events Strategy, Delivery & Experience: Own the GS events strategy and annual calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational engagement goals. Plan and deliver strategic business events (Town Halls, leadership visits) and main social activities (Summer and Year-end parties and seasonal celebrations) in partnership with WX. Oversee vendor management, and budgeting to ensure seamless execution and exceptional attendee experience.
We’re Looking For Someone With

  • 4–8 years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
  • Strong foundation in communications and event management, with the ability to drive strategy, and roll up their sleeves when needed.
  • Experience in agency management and supplier negotiation is desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English C1; additional languages a plus), with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital and AI-based communication tools e.g. Photoshop and other communication platforms such as SharePoint pages, newsletter, etc.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and craft engaging narratives.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and insights reporting.
  • Experience in managing difficult situations in a fast-paced environment with agility and flexibility.
  • Ability to connect engage and collaborate with all levels of seniority
