We are currently looking for a Manager Consumer Data Enablement in London, UK. In this position, you will improve the adoption, quality, and sustainability of consumer data collection and activation capabilities by:

  • Maintaining cross market visibility on consumer data coverage, gaps, and future readiness.
  • Supporting AI readiness: assess AI readiness from a data and operating‑model perspective, translate AI opportunities into adoption‑ready concepts, support responsible AI adoption.
  • Driving consistent and high‑quality investments in cross market data collection.
  • Strengthening data driven personalization adoption, NPS and track ROI impact across markets.
  • Combining systematic customer and partner feedback with industry trends to inform future needs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Consumer Data Coverage, Gaps & Future Readiness: Own the cross‑market consumer data availability and accessibility overview, working with global and market channel and category partners. Continuously evaluate consumer data needs to enable MC activation strategy. Collect and maintain findings into actionable data activation roadmap including data gaps and opportunities. Provide structured inputs and ROI projections to support strategy and roadmap.
  • Data adoption & change management: Lead and coordinate adoption and enablement activities for data capabilities for global and market users. Improve the quality, consistency, and clarity of partner communications, including community calls and market training and onboarding materials. Collect, synthesize, and propose actions based on structured feedback from markets and enabling functions using data to drive value. Capture and track market NPS, in collaboration with Product Owners. Own and maintain an up‑to‑date cross Consumer Data Platform data service catalogue to support new market engagements. Drive visibility of value generation through Consumer Data Platform and data adoption impact & wins communications (e.g. monthly or quarterly newsletters).
  • User satisfaction & NPS: Act as a systematic voice of the CDP customers: markets, users, partners. Conduct regular (e.g. quarterly) customer and market interviews. Translate insights into adoption and usability improvements, concrete inputs to the CDP own product backlog and budgeting funnel. Detect shifts in market needs, usage patterns, and expectations early. Contribute to improving user satisfaction and long‑term NPS.
  • Business Design Quality to maximize business impact and future adoption: Champion a business and customer value mindset in the design of Consumer Data solutions. Establish and maintain business design standards specific to the CDP Product Group, aligned with IT. Define and document definition of done for different stages of refinement, provide guidance and templates. Support Product Owners in applying standards consistently.
  • Governance & operational optimization to improve services to markets and users: Based on user and market feedback, identify and design pragmatic improvements to CDP demand management and governance. Propose alternative, lightweight processes for CDP work that do not require full quarterly demand cycles (e.g. configuration or minor changes). Design operating models for delegating or outsourcing suitable configuration activities.

  • Experience in Segmentation & CRM enablement roles.
  • Experience in Data analysis and Business Analysis.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, partner engagement, and change management.
  • Experience working in product‑based organizations.
  • Strong communication, structuring, and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable operating across business, markets, and technology teams.
