Who Can Apply?
We are searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:
- A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferable).
- No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you are applying.
- Legal right to work in Europe and in the UK (without sponsorship).
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
- Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
- Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
- Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
