Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Who Can Apply?

We are searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:

  • A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferable).
  • No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you are applying.
  • Legal right to work in Europe and in the UK (without sponsorship).
  • Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
  • Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
