This role is based at our Hammersmith office in London and requires on‑site presence at least three days per week. It is a 1‑year Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of brand activations across major UK music festivals, ensuring alignment with brand goals and consumer experience standards.
- Oversee relationships with key festival right‑holders and agency partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Align cross‑functional internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
- Deliver consumer engagement experiences including product launches at selected festivals, maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
- Work with the brand team to develop and deploy impactful content and ensure premium brand presence.
- Connect offline activations with digital touchpoints, collaborating with CX and media teams to enhance consumer journeys.
- Own and manage the dedicated activation budget across festivals and events, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.
- Define KPIs, track results, and apply insights to continuously improve brand engagement programs.
Key Requirements
- Ideally +5 years proven experience in brand engagement, experiential marketing, and large‑scale activation management.
- Valid driving licence and right to work in the UK is required.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and work during events.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing agency and right‑holder relationships.
- Excellent project management and budgeting capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
- Understanding of omnichannel consumer journeys and digital engagement.
