We are looking for a skilled, dedicated Mortgage Administrator to support four very busy advisors and provide our clients with the best service possible. This is a full-time position based in our Torquay office. Industry experience isn’t essential as full training will be provided in house.

Key Tasks Include:
  • Dealing with all incoming calls, post and enquiries – ensuring they are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner alongside keeping client & introducer logs up to date.
  • Liaising with lenders, providers and clients for case progression as well as with solicitors and conveyancers regarding exchange/completion dates to help manage cases through to completion ensuring our Mortgage Advisors are kept informed of the progress of their cases.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is held within the clients file, meeting FCA's rules and regulations and chasing clients for any outstanding requirements.
  • Collating client details and lender documentation to input fact-finds and other case details into our client database in a timely manner.
  • General office responsibilities such as diary management, greeting clients, scanning, stationery management.
You will need to demonstrate:
