SUMMARY
We have an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing and beauty enthusiast to assist the growth of one of the UK's most prestigious haircare brands. THE ROLE
Working within the Digital team, you will coordinate email and lifecycle campaigns end to end, ensuring all communications are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard. This role is key to driving our customer-facing communications and requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and creatively minded. It is a hands-on position for someone who takes full ownership of their work and is always looking for ways to enhance performance and elevate campaign impact.
- Campaign planning & execution
- Own the end-to-end delivery of all email newsletter communications using Klaviyo, from initial brief through to deployment for UK and US markets.
- Build clear, structured briefs for the creative team, ensuring objectives, messaging, assets and deadlines are well defined.
- Manage timelines meticulously to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule according to the content plan.
- QA all campaigns before send, checking content, links, personalisation, segmentation and rendering across devices.
- Creative & optimisation
- Contribute with ideas for engaging content, subject lines and formats, always considering how campaigns can be taken to the next level.
- Support testing initiatives (A/B tests, content variations, send-time testing) and ensure insights are captured and applied.
- Tailor content and tone for the US market, applying market-specific insights while maintaining brand consistency and a premium positioning.
- Reporting and analysis
- Support Manager to produce weekly trade and monthly reporting, clearly and accurately summarising performance against key KPIs and highlighting notable trends.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact for email communications, coordinating with creative, e-commerce and marketing teams.
- Proactively communicate, highlighting potential risks early to keep projects on track.
SUCCESS MEASURES
- Campaigns are consistently delivered on time, accurately and to a high standard.
- Continuously improve creative quality and engagement through testing and iteration, driving positive shifts in email performance metrics such as CTR and conversion rate.
- Email Revenue growth, CTR and OR.
KEY SKILLS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Highly organised, dependable and comfortable working to deadlines.
- A creative mindset, with the ability to think beyond execution and suggest improvements.
- A proactive, flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience using Klaviyo or a comparable ESP.
- Genuine interest in beauty and haircare and curiosity about trends, products, and customer needs.
