Your key accountabilities will include:
- Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will play an important part in contributing to the execution of our ecommerce strategy across our three storefronts in the UK and US.
- Working cross-functionally across the business to support and deliver continued growth while placing the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.
- Working with the Ecommerce Manager to plan and execute the ecommerce strategy.
- Collaborating with Creative to brief and set up NPD launches in good time.
- Executing updates to websites including homepage updates, new product set up, category merchandising, navigation updates, and landing pages.
- Supporting with quality control for all development rollouts through QC/QA testing plans.
- Working with the Operations team to ensure stock is reflected correctly and support the development of automated processes.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of the Ecommerce promotions calendar.
- Collaborating with internal teams for effective website merchandising and promotion set up.
- Executing post-promotion analysis.
- Driving our customer review performance forward.
- Owning the onsite search experience, making continual improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assisting in conversion rate optimisation initiatives using third-party tools and agencies.
- Reporting on ecommerce performance and providing insights as needed.
- Driving continuous site improvements to maximise conversion and improve customer experience, working with the Customer Services team to identify customer pain points, map journeys, and identify solutions.
- Supporting Customer Care on customer contacts to help resolve issues raised or offer best advice for a great customer experience.
- Supporting the Ecommerce Manager on other tasks as needed for the business across our digital remit.

- 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across teams.
