We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in high quality workmanship and enjoys working on a wide range of fabrication and site based projects.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble metal components to specification
  • Carry out TIG welding to a high standard
  • Interpret engineering drawings and work with accuracy
  • Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely
  • Assist with site installations, repairs, and maintenance works
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication
  • Competence in TIG welding processes
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Skilled in the use of fabrication tools, machinery, and measuring equipment
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience with stainless steel and aluminium fabrication
  • Experience working to coded welding standards
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of pipework fabrication or mechanical fitting

Location: Work mainly based in Co. Armagh and Co. Down.

Hours: 40 per week.

Contract Type: Permanent.
