We are looking for a commercially minded and hands‑on AI & Automation Manager to lead the next phase of digital transformation across our multi‑site hospitality group. This is not a theoretical or back‑office IT role. It is a practical, high‑impact position focused on identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and embedding AI into day‑to‑day operations across our hotels. From guest experience to finance, marketing to operations, you will be responsible for turning AI into measurable efficiency, improved service, and smarter decision‑making.

Key Attributes

  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation within a business environment
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency through technology
  • Experience working across multiple departments (operations, finance, marketing, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and integrations

Role & Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy & Opportunity Identification
    • Identify and prioritise opportunities for AI and automation across all departments (front office, reservations, housekeeping, finance, marketing, HR)
    • Work closely with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with commercial and operational goals
    • Build and maintain an AI roadmap focused on ROI, efficiency, and guest experience
  • Process Automation & Implementation
    • Design, build and deploy automation workflows using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other AI platforms
    • Remove manual processes and streamline repetitive tasks across the business
    • Create scalable solutions that can be rolled out group‑wide
  • AI Systems Management
    • Oversee all AI tools and systems used across the group
    • Ensure integrations between systems (PMS, CRM, finance platforms, marketing tools) are optimised
    • Monitor performance, usage, and outcomes of AI solutions
  • Data, Reporting & Insights
    • Work with operational and finance teams to ensure AI tools are delivering meaningful insights
    • Support the development of dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI)
    • Turn data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • AI Governance & Security
    • Establish and enforce best practice for AI usage across the organisation
    • Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and security standards
    • Develop clear internal policies for responsible AI use (including staff guidelines)
  • Training & Adoption
    • Lead training and change management to ensure teams fully adopt AI tools
    • Build simple, practical training materials for operational teams
    • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
