  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the best hospitality and care during their stay – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
  • Ensure stock control with the maintenance department.
  • Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality.
  • Completion and maintenance of fire log book.
  • Record keeping of room maintenance.
  • Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance.
  • Follow all hotel policies.
  • Ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
  • Understand responsibilities in relation to fire procedures, health and safety, COSHH, infection control and emergency aid.
