- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the best hospitality and care during their stay – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
- Ensure stock control with the maintenance department.
- Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality.
- Completion and maintenance of fire log book.
- Record keeping of room maintenance.
- Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance.
- Follow all hotel policies.
- Ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- Understand responsibilities in relation to fire procedures, health and safety, COSHH, infection control and emergency aid.
