- Previous experience as a Sommelier in fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of international wine regions, grape varieties, vintages, and food pairing principles.
- WSET Level 2, Court of Master Sommeliers certification, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding wine and beverage service with professionalism and confidence in Àclèaf.
- Recommend wine pairings that complement seasonal tasting menus and à la carte dishes.
- Present, open, decant, and serve wines according to fine dining service standards.
- Assist in developing and updating the wine list to reflect quality, diversity, and current trends.
- Manage wine inventory, stock rotation and cellar organisation.
- Monitor stock levels and take charge of with ordering, receiving, storage and stock take of wines and beverages.
- Deliver a personalised guest experience by understanding preferences and exceeding expectations.
