We are a four star family hotel overlooking the famous Fistral Beach, home to Quiksilver Surf School.

Role & Responsibilities

Moderate responsibility for the management of
hotel operations to assist Operations Manager and General Manager

  • Assist with the coordination of all hotel
    operating departments with the Operations and General Manager plus
    communication and cooperation with all departments on a daily basis
  • Deliver expected levels of performance and the
    consistency with which they are delivered.
  • Target higher levels of guest satisfaction
    and repeat business.
  • Maximise in house spend by all guests through all
    sales avenues.
  • To ensure all complaints are minimised and
    handled professionally as in accordance with our policies.
  • To maintain and enhance the reputation of the
    hotel and spa.
  • To assist in building a strong,
    well-motivated, high performing team in each department.
  • To supervise, motivate, train and recruit
    these teams in line with company policies and manuals.
  • Maximise sales performance, marketing and
    revenue management working closely with management.
  • Assist in effective control of budgets and
    staff costs.
  • Assist in ensuring the physical property is
    well maintained with regular maintenance and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance on fire, health and safety,
    environmental health etc
  • Management Reporting
  • Ensure high standards of financial and
    reporting diligence.
  • Step in to cover Operations Manager and General
    Manager due to absence from business.
  • All other duties as required.
