As our event bookings grow, we’re looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Event Sales Assistant to support our busy Events & Sales team. As a Part-Time Event Sales Assistant, you’ll support the coordination of weddings, private celebrations, group bookings, and small corporate events. You’ll assist with enquiries, proposals, and general admin, helping ensure our guests feel informed, supported, and excited about their experience with us.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Responding to event enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism
  • Assisting with proposals, contracts, and event details
  • Tracking bookings, payments, and updating guest records
  • Supporting with occasional client show rounds and event preparation
  • Helping with admin tasks to support the events team
  • Communicating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest handovers
  • Following up after events for guest feedback and future bookings
What You’ll Bring:
