What you’ll be doing: Your journey begins with an intensive capital markets and technology recruitment sales training programme, with our senior leadership team. You’ll build a strong knowledge in capital markets, sales and recruitment, fintech technology insights. As a Recruitment Sales & Research Associate, you’ll move from candidate research to business‑line specialisation, then into client‑facing sales with opportunities to manage key accounts. Our structured development plan supports growth from Junior Consultant to Partner, with exposure to international projects and high‑profile clients. Your learning continues through a competency‑based development framework, specialised training projects, and close support as you build your own portfolio of global clients.
