Here, a team of over 30 driven international sales consultants collaborate closely with our global experts to shape opportunities. As an integrated part of a global organisation, our sales consultants support clients across regions, and drive programmes that span advisory, transformation, and ongoing operations. This team develops long-term relationships, navigating complex client landscapes, and closing deals from £100,000 to £20 million, in a high-energy, high-performance environment.

Your journey begins with an intensive capital markets and technology recruitment sales training programme, with our senior leadership team. You’ll build a strong knowledge in capital markets, sales and recruitment, fintech technology insights. As a Recruitment Sales & Research Associate, you’ll move from candidate research to business-line specialisation, then into client-facing sales with opportunities to manage key accounts. Our structured development plan supports growth from Junior Consultant to Partner, with exposure to international projects and high-profile clients. Your learning continues through a competency-based development framework, specialised training projects, and close support as you build your own portfolio of global clients.   • Salary £30,000 basic and On Target Earnings: Year 1 £60,000, Year 2 £80,000, Year 3 £100,000.

Environment:

Office-based Monday to Friday - hours 7:30am - 5:30pm. Stunning offices - current location Barnet, relocation to Hatfield Summer 2026. You need to commit and be able to move to a close location to the Hatfield office upon successfully being offered the position.
