About the Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence and System Specialist. This is a key role within the Operations and Business Services teams, with the responsibility to assist the way we do all our reporting and Data Management across Sales, Delivery, Operations and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

BI Solution Maintenance and Support:

• Support our existing interactive dashboards, reports, data visualisations and data files
• Expand and develop further solutions to drive further business insight
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and other data-related queries

System Management:

• Support our internal timesheet system for our delivery organisation (Zoho Projects) and expansion to other teams
• Be a point of contact for queries or change requests to our CRM platform, Salesforce
• Maintain and expand other solutions built in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and more

System Transformation:

• Support our business strategy of procurement and rollout of new, long-term solutions including new software to support our Finance, HR and Delivery teams
• Assist with the execution of design, development, testing and support for these initiatives

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Appropriate degree level qualification, ideally with some experience in the sector in a similar operational/reporting role.
• A confident and engaged mentality to support engagement with people across all grades, functions and Countries within which Phi operates.
• Strong data management & reporting skills.
• Confidence to be able to hold people accountable for actions required, and to propose actions to remediate issues either in process or output of the reporting.
• A strong team player and communicator; both written, orally and presentation wise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI experience preferred

Ability to scale to be able to both:

• be “in the weeds” of data & process steps to ensure the reporting executes on time and to desired quality, and
• be able to engage with senior leaders to summarise the reporting, highlighting key elements and any potential issues.
