Our busy clinic in Christchurch is looking for a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way. This is a role open to clinicians who have a minimum of 2 years NZ experience under their belt and can hit the ground running. Additionally, if you're 3+ years in and keen to move into a Senior role, we would be keen to support this next step of your career.
Our OTs work on a variety of contracts, including Social Rehab, Vocational Rehab, Pain and TI.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop / implement functional and cognitive assessment for a varied caseload
- Assessing and treating clients to achieve independence and wellbeing
- Collaborating with allied health team members in a supportive MDT
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software effectively in order to focus on what really matters

- Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
