Own the complete marketing function for a scaling SaaS business making real impact in safeguarding and health. As Marketing Manager at Phew, you'll build campaigns that generate pipeline, create content that converts, and manage the systems that drive growth — with quarterly commission tied directly to the prospects and revenue you generate. Base salary £45k, OTE £54k+, with accelerators for high performers. This is hands-on, full-service marketing where your success funds future expansion and your earnings.
The Opportunity: This isn’t a "maintain the status quo" marketing role. We’re at an exciting inflection point: established products gaining traction, clear market fit in safeguarding and health sectors, and ready to scale. You’ll build the marketing engine that accelerates this growth — from strategy through execution, from first website visit through to sales-accepted MQL.
You’ll own everything: campaign strategy, HubSpot automation, content creation, SEO, social media, lead nurture, performance analytics, and budget management. Working directly with the MD and collaborating closely with Sales and Product, you’ll have genuine autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works. The unique part? Your success directly determines your budget and your commission. Effective campaigns generate prospects that become MQLs and revenue — which generates more marketing investment and higher earnings for you. This is marketing where results compound.
