About Phenome
Phenome Longevity translates multi-omic biological aging science (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, epigenetics, wearables and labs) into clinically actionable insights for longevity clinics. Most clinics are data-rich but fragmented, so we give them research-grade data and interpretation they couldn't build in-house, delivered through a clinician portal and a patient-facing app. We're a rapidly growing company headquartered in London, with teams across the US, Korea, Sweden and Turkey, building the platform that's becoming the connective tissue of modern longevity medicine.
The role
You'll own the experience across our two products: the patient app, which keeps people engaged with longitudinal health protocols, and the clinician portal, where doctors interpret dense, multi-layered biological data. The core challenge is making genuinely complex science legible, turning multi-omic results and biological age models into something a clinician can act on in seconds and a patient can actually understand. This is hands-on design and visual craft, from research through to polished, shipped interfaces, working closely with clinicians, engineers and our science team.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end flows for both the patient app and the clinician portal, from wireframes to high-fidelity, production-ready UI
- Create original illustration, iconography and visual assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to bring the brand to life across both products
- Turn complex diagnostic data such as biological age, multi-omic panels and trends over time into clear, trustworthy data visualisation
- Run lightweight user research with clinicians and patients, and translate findings into design decisions
- Build and maintain a scalable design system across the app and portal
What we're looking for
- A strong portfolio showing shipped product work, ideally with data-heavy or information-dense interfaces
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, meaning you can produce original illustration and high-quality visual assets, not just edit existing ones
- Fluency in modern UI tooling such as Figma, and a solid grasp of design systems
- Genuine skill in data visualisation and making complexity feel simple
- Comfort working autonomously in an early-stage, ambiguous environment
- Bonus: experience in health, medical, scientific or other regulated or high-trust products
Why join
You'll have real ownership over how clinicians and patients across the platform experience cutting-edge longevity science, shaping both products and a category that's still being defined.
How to apply
Please send your portfolio to people@phenomelongevity.com, including links or examples of original illustration and product work. We review every submission.
