We are opening a flagship health and longevity clinic in London and are looking for an interior designer to lead the design and fit-out of the space. The brief is to create an environment that feels closer to a high-end wellness sanctuary than a traditional clinic. Warm, residential, and restorative, while meeting all clinical and regulatory requirements.
We are open to either a freelance/project-based engagement or a longer-term arrangement for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Lead the full interior design process from concept through to handover
- Design consultation rooms, treatment areas, and shared client-facing spaces
- Develop mood boards, space plans, 3D visualisations, and detailed technical drawings
- Source materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E aligned with a premium aesthetic
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and the clinical team on layout, client flow, and equipment integration
- 3 to 5 years of professional interior design experience
- Demonstrable portfolio of completed clinic, medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or high-end wellness projects. This is essential, please include examples in your application
- Strong understanding of UK healthcare interior design regulations and standards
- Ability to balance clinical functionality with luxury hospitality design language
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software
- Experience managing FF&E sourcing and supplier relationships in the UK market
- Background designing for private clinics or wellness brands
- Existing relationships with London-based contractors and trade suppliers
- Experience with biophilic design and wellness-led interiors
