Phenome Longevity is building the brand and platform at the centre of modern longevity medicine. We translate multi-omic biological aging science (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, epigenetics, wearables and labs) into clinically actionable insights, delivered through our own clinics, a patient-facing app and a clinician portal.
We're a rapidly growing company headquartered in London, with teams across the US, Korea, Sweden and Turkey, building the connective tissue of modern longevity medicine.
You’ll run our digital channels day to day and make them perform. Your job is to get Phenome in front of the right people across paid and organic, and turn that attention into patients, customers and partner clinics. It's a hands‑on, channel‑focused role for someone who knows their way around campaigns, platforms and analytics, and who wants to see the impact of their work fast.
You’ll work closely with our design teams on creative and our wider marketing team on messaging and launches.
What you’ll do:
- Run and optimise paid campaigns across social and search, managing budgets to hit performance targets.
- Manage organic growth across SEO, content and email or CRM, building and engaging our audiences.
- Improve conversion across our website, landing pages and funnels through regular testing.
- Track and report on campaign performance, turning the numbers into clear next steps.
- Work with our design teams to brief and ship strong creative across channels.
- Support digital activity for product launches across our clinics, the app, the portal and our wider ecosystem.
- Stay on top of platform changes, tools and trends, and bring fresh ideas to grow faster.
What we’re looking for:
- Around 4 to 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally across both B2C and B2B.
- Solid track record running paid social and paid search, with a good grasp of budgets, ROAS and CAC.
- Experience across SEO, email or CRM, and conversion optimisation.
- Confident with analytics and ad platforms such as GA4, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Data‑driven, organised and comfortable owning targets and reporting.
- Self‑directed and happy to move fast in an early‑stage environment.
- Experience marketing health, wellness or science‑led brands.
