The Revenue Intelligence organization combines AI, market intelligence, and business strategy to help sales teams focus on the right accounts, engage the right stakeholders, and create pipeline through insight—not volume. The Revenue Intelligence Strategist is a revenue professional who combines the analytical mindset of a market researcher with the consultative skills of a business strategist. Rather than prospecting from static account lists, you'll leverage AI-generated buying signals, workforce intelligence, industry trends, financial insights, and executive priorities to identify emerging opportunities.
You’ll transform intelligence into targeted outbound campaigns, conduct deep account research, develop executive engagement strategies, and generate a qualified pipeline by leading with business insight. Success in this role comes from uncovering what matters most to an organization and translating that intelligence into meaningful conversations with executive leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Build Intelligence-Driven Outbound Campaigns: Leverage AI-generated buying signals and account intelligence to create highly targeted outbound campaigns that align with each organization's strategic priorities. Develop messaging tailored to workforce initiatives, business objectives, executive priorities, and market conditions to generate qualified pipeline.
- Conduct Deep Account & Market Research: Own the research and analysis of your assigned portfolio by developing a comprehensive understanding of each organization's business strategy, workforce challenges, growth initiatives, and competitive landscape. Become a trusted market analyst within your territory by identifying trends, patterns, and emerging opportunities that influence buying behavior.
- Develop Strategic Account Intelligence: Translate research into actionable account intelligence that enables meaningful executive conversations. Continuously refine playbooks that document business priorities, stakeholder insights, messaging strategies, industry trends, and proven outreach approaches that improve engagement across the revenue organization.
- Engage Executive Stakeholders: Identify and engage multiple executive stakeholders across each target account, tailoring outreach to their unique business priorities and demonstrating how Phenom's Applied AI platform supports hiring, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational transformation.
- Generate Qualified Pipeline: Own pipeline generation across your portfolio by converting intelligence into executive meetings. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure every opportunity begins with strong business context, strategic alignment, and a clear understanding of customer challenges.
