Responsibilities

  • As a Revenue Development Representative ("RDR") you are responsible for the further expansion of our customer base in Europe.
  • You search for potential customers and find out whether we can help them with their challenges.
  • On the basis of discovery calls, you enter into strategic discussions with CEOs, Directors and Managers about where they want to evolve in the long term.
  • You are responsible for expanding and filling the sales pipeline with quality leads.
  • You consistently follow up with prospects.
  • After the discovery call, you schedule video or face-to-face appointments to go deeper into their business and strategic challenges.
  • You develop a plan on how to persuade prospects.
  • You work closely with your colleagues in sales and marketing and also give your opinion on new developments in the platform.

Qualifications

  • You have 1+ years of experience in sales/customer service.
  • You have a strong command of both spoken and written German.
  • You are unafraid to make calls, send emails, and engage with prospects.
  • You are described as a social person, but you also have a listening ear to customer needs and can translate them into projects.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and have an eye for detail and challenges drive you.
  • You work results-oriented and are driven by wanting to achieve milestones and targets.
  • You can work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
