Are you a passionate storyteller who loves to get curious and help others envision a better way of working and living? As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating solutions that solve the unique challenges our prospects and clients face today by partnering with sales to facilitate deep discovery and value-based demonstrations throughout the sales cycle, while partnering closely with sales strategy to drive thoughtful and consultative sales navigation.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries to solve diverse mission‑critical business problems.
- Drive intensity and curiosity in the sales process, supporting user consultations, whiteboard sessions and other means of discovery.
- Prepare and deliver value‑based and bespoke demonstrations of the business challenges the Phenom platform can uniquely solve for each prospect and customer.
- Serve as the subject matter expert of the platform, sharing industry insights and sales acumen across the sales team.
- Support sales for pricing needs and RFP responses.
- Contribute to the success of the entire Solutions Consulting team by demonstrating core values of positive thinking, curiosity, and responsibility.
- Act as a liaison between Product, Post Sales Support, and Marketing and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap.
What You’ve Done
- 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas: Talent Acquisition / HR Technology / Recruitment / HCM.
- Demonstrated ability to function seamlessly as both a team contributor and a leader within the organization.
- Demonstrated consultative sales approach in facilitating discovery, value‑based, and uniquely created demonstrations and conversations for all players in the sales cycle, from individual users to C‑Level executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving and ever‑changing environment.
