The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident, driven and customer-focused Membership Renewals & Sales Executive to join the Sales & Renewals Team within our Commercial Department at NAPIT. This is a key role within a well-established and growing organisation, responsible for maintaining and expanding our membership base of over 20,000 members. You’ll be speaking to existing members — handling inbound renewal enquiries and proactively contacting members to renew their membership while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services. If you enjoy being on the front line of a successful business, building relationships, and having control over your earning potential through uncapped commission — this role could be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering inbound membership renewal calls
  • Proactively contacting existing members to renew memberships
  • Identifying and maximising upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Processing telephone sales transactions in line with GDPR and FSA policies
  • Working towards personal and team sales targets & KPIs
  • Logging activity and performance on internal systems and CRM
  • Responding to customer emails professionally and promptly
  • Processing renewals and completing associated administration
  • Adapting to new products, initiatives and campaigns as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident, professional and articulate communicator
  • Target‑driven with experience working towards KPIs
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Self‑motivated with excellent time management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information
  • Electrical industry knowledge or experience
