About the Role
We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator with Celigo integration support experience to join the programme team following NetSuite go-live. This role is critical in stabilising transaction flows, supporting billing and invoicing operations, and bridging project delivery into business-as-usual (BAU) ownership.
Initially embedded within the programme team, you will act as the hands-on operational owner of NetSuite administration and Celigo integrations, ensuring issues are triaged, resolved, and documented effectively while maintaining close alignment with ongoing delivery activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a post-go-live environment, taking ownership, and ensuring systems operate reliably in a fast-moving, agile setting.
Key Responsibilities
- NetSuite Administration
- Own day-to-day NetSuite administration, configuration support, and operational maintenance across multiple subsidiaries
- Provide first-line triage and second-line resolution for incidents, defects, and process failures
- Support billing and invoicing operations, including troubleshooting issues across linked transaction records
- Monitor and support Celigo integration flows, including error handling, retries, and root-cause analysis
- Manage ID mappings and cross-system identifiers
- Act as the integration “context holder,” maintaining knowledge of what was built, why, limitations, and expected failure modes
- Monitoring & Operational Visibility
- Build and maintain monitoring and reporting to provide operational transparency
- Create and maintain support runbooks and practical incident response documentation
- Change & Handover
- Operate within an agile programme cadence, attending key delivery touchpoints
- Support change control in collaboration with BAU change leads
Required Experience
- Hands-on NetSuite administration in a live, post go-live operational environment
- Experience supporting Celigo iPaaS integrations in production
- Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, and order-to-cash processes
- Experience documenting support processes, runbooks, and known issues
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Multi-subsidiary or multi-entity NetSuite environments
- Experience creating operational dashboards, saved searches, or reports in NetSuite
- Exposure to integration design patterns (e.g. staging, translation tables, ID strategies)
Personal Attributes
- Calm, pragmatic, and solution-focused under pressure
- Takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution
- Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
