Safety Services (UK) Ltd are a market‑leading Health & Safety Consultancy and accredited training provider. We deliver a wide range of accredited courses and consultancy services to clients across the UK construction sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated and innovative individual to join our training team. This is a varied role combining accredited training delivery with site inspections and consultancy support.
The Role
Based at our Oxfordshire training centre and delivering courses at client sites across the UK, you will:
- Deliver accredited training courses (CITB / UKATA / CISRS / PASMA / IOSH)
- Ensure high‑quality course delivery in line with awarding body standards
- Undertake site inspections and provide consultancy support (full training provided)
- Maintain professional standards in line with accrediting body requirements
- Support wider business activities as required
To be considered, applicants must have:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- Experience working within the construction industry (ideally at management or supervisor level)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- Eligible for CITB Site Safety Plus Tutor approval (or currently approved)
Desirable Qualifications / Experience
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent)
- Previous experience delivering accredited training courses
Salary & Benefits
£40,000–£45,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)
