Our mission is to deliver practical and innovative solutions that enable our clients to achieve their objectives in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible whilst at the same time protecting or even enhancing the environment.

We are seeking motivated individuals to support our Flood Risk and Drainage (SuDS) Team in the preparation of technical reports and the continued growth of our client base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting business development - including preparing project quotations/tenders and liaising with clients
  • Drafting Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Drainage Strategies
  • Reviewing, analysing, and interpreting flood model data
  • Producing clear, concise, and technically robust reports
  • Preparing mapping and figures to support technical submissions
  • Planning and undertaking site investigations

Experience

A minimum of 3 -5 years of directly relevant experience including the following:

  • Drainage modelling packages (i.e. Causeway Flow, Microdrainage)
  • AutoCAD
  • 1D and 2D hydrological modelling using HECRAS/Flood Modeller etc.

Skill Requirements

  • High standard of technical report writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Capability and confidence in direct client engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong and reliable work ethic, with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Qualifications

A minimum of a degree in a relevant subject
