We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our team in Brandon, Suffolk. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing daily site testing operations and overseeing laboratory activities. You will ensure all testing work is carried out to the highest standards while leading a skilled technical team and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily site testing operations across multiple projects
  • Manage and support the laboratory testing team
  • Supervise asphalt, concrete and earthworks testing to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate team activities and allocate resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Liaise directly with clients, providing technical support and project updates
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and reporting
