We are working with a global experiential and events agency that delivers design-led, high-impact brand experiences for leading tech, entertainment, and consumer brands worldwide. They are looking to hire a Senior Production Manager to join their London-based team, leading the delivery of large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid events across international markets. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end production management of complex and creative projects. Domestic and international travel is an essential part of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day production delivery of large-scale experiential projects
- Manage all aspects of technical production, including AV, lighting, staging, broadcast, and set build
- Own production budgets, schedules, logistics, and supplier management
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, studio, and producer teams
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and external partners
- Oversee on-site delivery and show execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within an agency environment
- At least 2 years in a Senior or Lead Production Manager role
- Experience across IRL, virtual, and hybrid event formats
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability
- Technical production knowledge is highly desirable
