The Pheasant Inn bordering the village of Shefford Woodlands and overlooking Berkshire’s famed Valley of the Racehorse, our beautiful country inn has a hospitality pedigree that stretches back 450 years. Nestled among the scenic rolling fields of chalk downlands, yet less than a mile from the M4, our 14 bedrooms offer the weary traveller an idyllic haven. Our regularly changing menus highlight the very best of the seasonal bounty; with flavour and provenance in abundance. Our dishes are simple, classic & flavourful, ensuring that we showcase the finest, seasonal British ingredients throughout our menu.
