We’re on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join our team! It’s time to turn up the heat in our kitchen! Leading by example, you’ll ensure hot, quality food that you and the team can be proud of gets presented to the pass each and every time.

As Sous Chef you’ll:

  • Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
  • Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
  • Accountable for running the line during service
  • Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
  • Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
