Job Description
Working on three exciting car brands, as Performance Planning Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and shaping the performance of automotive clients.
Reporting to the Performance Planning Director, the role will play a crucial part in our Performance Planning team by developing more personalized relationships with consumers to drive brand equity and sales. You will be responsible for propelling our paid media execution, working alongside media activation teams as well as internal and client stakeholders to plan and execute both efficiently and effectively, and set best practice in performance planning.
The Performance Planning Manager will have a strong understanding of setting KPIs, monitoring performance and leading as well as supporting teams to optimize spend across channels to match business outcomes. You will support the Performance Planning Director and our activation teams in building and executing test and learn across all performance channels, developing insights that can scale across brands and ensure you are up to speed with developments in the performance space.
You are a subject matter expert, willing to bring your experience and knowledge to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective. Being able to translate this to thinking big picture. You will be fully data literate and able to tell stories by de-coding data and performance metrics and make pro-active recommendations and decisions based on this.
