As an International Planning Director, you'll lead the development of integrated, insight‐driven planning frameworks across multiple markets. You'll translate business and communications objectives into clear audience, channel, and investment strategies—balancing global consistency with local relevance.
You'll collaborate closely with global, regional, and market teams, supporting the adaptation of global frameworks, guiding decision‐making, and presenting confident recommendations to stakeholders. You'll connect data, research, and tools to strengthen planning outputs, contribute to measurement frameworks, and embed learnings across campaigns.
Innovation is core to this role: you'll identify new platforms, formats, and opportunities, ensuring they're strategically sound and commercially effective. You'll also help shape our planning methodologies and support the growth of junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
You bring strong experience in communications and media planning, including digital and platform‐led channels. You're comfortable working across complex, multi‐market environments and skilled at using data to inform practical, actionable recommendations. You're an inclusive collaborator, an effective communicator, and a leader who supports others' growth. Commercial awareness and strategic curiosity are essential.
