We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Associate Director, New Business to join our high‑performing team at a time of exciting momentum—following major pitch wins and record‑breaking awards. This is a unique opportunity to lead high‑profile UK pitches and support global opportunities, working closely with senior leaders, industry partners and teams across the agency. You’ll bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo and help shape the next chapter of PHD’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end pitch processes, from client engagement to final presentation.
- Craft tailored, compelling proposals and pitch materials.
- Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate across disciplines to align proposals with agency strategy.
- Provide industry insights to inform prospecting and pitch responses.
- Develop internal initiatives to enhance pitching and business development skills.
- Track and report on new business KPIs to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a supportive, growth‑focused culture.
What You’ll Bring

Flexible Working
We offer a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely) with flexible hours. Standard working hours are 9:30–17:30 but you can adjust within core hours of 10:30–16:30 to fit your schedule.
