About the Role:

PHD EMEA, part of Omnicom Media, are looking for a Digital Manager to join our central Digital Activation Hub (DAH) team. We are building a new DAH team to manage biddable digital activation for Europe's newest streaming service across the EMEA region. The Digital Manager role requires significant hands-on experience of managing Programmatic and/or Social activity and experience of team management.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing client relationships and leading a team toward driving quantifiable results for the client. The role is part of an international team of 25+ people based in London and reports to an Associate Director. It is integrated into all aspects of programmatic & social marketing for the brand client and its products.

The successful candidate will gain insight into work for the client beyond our performance remit, offering visibility into marketing campaigns and strategies globally. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong programmatic and/or social background to join one of the largest media agencies delivering award-winning work daily.

About You:

  • Experience working in Programmatic and/or Social planning and/or activation
  • Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Programmatic & Ad Tech and/or Social channels
  • Line Management experience and a passion for developing people
  • Experience working on performance-focused campaign planning and/or activation
  • Passion for learning new things
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to manage challenges of various clients and market interests in a culturally sensitive manner
  • Excellent numerical skills and confidence analyzing data using Excel
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to speak other European languages is desired, but not essential
