About the Role: Reporting directly into the Head of Programmatic+, the Programmatic+ Director will be tasked with leading client accounts and campaigns across a variety of clients, managing those relationships in the display and programmatic space.

Look for ways to improve buying practices to utilise first party data, drive cost efficiencies and utilise buy side features to advance how programmatic technology is used across the team.

Deliver best practice brand safety and ad-verification, delivering to target KPI's and building on learnings for each client.

Support the Head of Programmatic+ to deliver trading deals, programmatic and OMG product targets.

Lead all audit & data requirements, ensuring that the team are inputting data accurately.

Work closely with key vendors to ensure PHD clients have priority access to new products, features, beta opportunities and inventory and identify training requirements and areas for capability improvement.

You will possess strong technical knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and a history of developing trust and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

You’ll be able to develop relationships with key technology suppliers and suppliers to help improve overall service levels.
