Reporting directly to the Head of Programmatic+, the Programmatic+ Director will lead client accounts and campaigns, managing relationships in the display and programmatic space.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of display activity across multiple DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon, as well as Managed Service campaigns.
Improve buying practices to utilize first-party data, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance programmatic technology use.
Collaborate with department leads and OMG to develop programmatic products that meet client needs.
Ensure best practices in brand safety and ad-verification, meeting KPIs and learning from each campaign.
Support the Head of Programmatic+ in achieving trading deals and product targets.
Lead audit and data input processes, ensuring accuracy.
Work with key vendors to give PHD clients priority access to new products, features, and inventory.
Provide development plans and training for team managers, identifying areas for improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
Senior Manager or Group Associate Director aiming to advance. Strong background in Programmatic Display, team leadership, operational excellence, and technical marketplace knowledge.
